a Full Time Company Admin.


The Company Administrator is committed to providing outstanding support while performing a wide variety of work assignments in a team environment. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, desire to work independently, and help foster and build upon our amazing corporate culture.



  • Responsible for providing general company support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships between departments and act as point of contact for staff queries
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including : birthday celebrations, employment anniversaries, holiday dinner, off site meetings, etc
  • Assist departments with ad hoc projects including : showrooms, office relocation, etc
  • Provide support to Owner and President as needed with managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Maintains HQ Office supplies inventory : ordering supplies, anticipating needs
  • Maintain HQ Office organization and cleanliness
    • Maintains cleaning calendar and schedules regular cleaning visits
  • Coordinate mail, couriers and deliveries
  • Light finance management/execution
    • Accounts Payable
    • Expense reports / receipt submittal
    • Petty cash
    • Point of contact for accounting department
  • Travel coordination
  • Facilities
    • Point of contact for insurance, security system, NYC landlords/supers
    • Manage facilities access and systems improvement needs

    • Serve as the company's expert in HR administration and benefits
    • Complete and update accounting with all employee status changes regarding resignations, retirements, terminations, life changes, etc. and ensures smooth transition of information to payroll
    • Manages entire onboarding process to ensure that all new starters complete required paperwork and are set up on company systems
    • Keep our Employee Handbook, Location Appendixes, and other policies or guides up to date
    • Answering general employee questions related to insurance coverage, perks, paid time off and paychecks
    • Benefits administration and tracking
      • Own benefits administration for all employees
      • Maintain relationships with all benefits vendors
      • Guides employees through New York Paid Family Leave and administers other types of leave in collaboration with providers
      • Ensures processing of 401k enrollment
      • Ensures updated benefit educational materials are available
    • Employee file management
      • Recording vacation, paid days off
    • Assist in the recruiting process : posting job opens, screening resumes, coordinate candidate interviews


    • Occasional deliveries in between Production and Store
    • Support with Shipping Ecommerce orders

    You Are
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Experience as office admin, personal assistant, or similar role
    • Highly organized with focus on execution, problem solving, and improving processes
    • Team player with an ability to work collaboratively
    • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
    • Exceptional time management skills and accountability
    • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
    • Loves to be helpful!
    • Excellent G Suite and MS Office Skills
    • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask multiple projects
    • Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills


    • 2+ years of experience
    • Desire to learn new skills
