Shipping Information

All rings are made to order.and take approximately 4 weeks to be completed. For rush service of less than 4 weeks, please contact us for availability. All customers who purchase custom or special order items will be notified of the estimated delivery date.

Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to all packages unless noted otherwise:

Orders shipped overnight are typically delivered by 10:30 a.m., second day air orders by the end of the day. Time-definite international orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days.

All shipments sent via Fed-EX are insured for the full value of the contents.

Please note that Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order.

FedEx only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.
International Orders will all ship FedEx International Ground with customer responsible for incurring any customs/duties fees.


We accept returns or exchanges for up to two weeks after items are received. Sale, special and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service department at info@annasheffield.com for a return authorization number. If you do not obtain a RA #, your package will not be accepted. Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
