We'll send you renderings of your custom ring for your final approval. From there, within 4-8 weeks, our jewelers meticulously craft your Bespoke piece, backed by years of experience and a commitment to quality.

What is the difference between bespoke & custom?
Anna Sheffield has you covered when you’re looking to buy custom jewelry and engagement rings. Our most popular experience, Bespoke, allows every piece in our collection to be specially modified and made-to-order down to the smallest detail. The Bespoke experience allows you to personalize one of our signature styles by selecting your preferred stone—color, shape, size and cut. Choose from a range of metal alloys and embellish with delicate details—such as diamond pavé and hand engraving. Our team is on-hand to guide you through our collections and reveal the unique qualities that give these precious materials their distinctive beauty.
Custom is the personalized experience of creating a one-of-a-kind setting or style that has yet to be produced for any other client. This process can involve our in-house design experts or involve Anna directly who will explore your inspirations, ideas, and visions to create a one-of-a-kind sketch and/or rendering of your piece. Like bespoke, the custom experience allows for the choice of stones, alloys, and details to create a future heirloom that is uniquely yours.

Can I incorporate an heirloom stone?
We love working with Heirloom stones when creating custom engagement rings and fine jewelry, but need to first ensure that the stone provided is suitable. We ask that clients share a few specific details to make this determination; quality and condition will inform if and how a stone may be used, while the shape, color and cut relate to the possible design. Please send a photograph and as much information on the stone as possible, including carat size, millimeter dimensions and GIA certification if applicable. Please have your stone appraised prior to your appointment to determine its valuation.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes, we can help you create your custom jewelry online. We’re happy to work remotely, and take pride in serving clients all over the world with both bespoke and custom orders. This is a great option if you can’t visit our custom jewelry store in person. E-mail or call us at 212-925-7010 to arrange a consultation for custom-made wedding bands, engagement rings, or fine jewelry via phone or Zoom, or other options that might be most convenient for you. Please allow 2-4 days for us to respond as custom queries require extra time and attention.
How quickly can my custom-made jewelry be produced? Do you provide rush service?
Our bespoke and custom engagement rings can usually be made to order in 4–6 weeks from the date the order is finalized, however can sometimes take longer depending on the complexity of the design. Approximate timelines for your specific piece will be shared during your consultation. We provide rush services whenever possible, though fees may apply.

Do you provide engraving services for custom engagement rings or other pieces?
We provide hand engraving services for most pieces in our collection and can be added during the purchase process of bespoke and custom orders. Engraving typically adds five to ten business days to standard order fulfillment.
